Reason 57 why I like Teach for America

Before I left the hotel, we enjoyed some real Texas BBQ (and white bread)

I got to Rice University, where I'll be spending the next month, and found my room...

I'm going to be teaching summer school at a Magnet school here in Houston

This week we have been just getting some more lesson planning training, massive information overload

I start teaching in the classroom on Monday

This should be fun

I'll try and update when I can. Today our schedule was at school at 7am-4 then we had another training session from 5:30-8:30

I have to go to bed
